Establishing a strong professional presence is essential for gaining visibility, attracting collaborators, and highlighting your contributions to the academic community. This session will provide strategies for effectively promoting yourself as a researcher. Participants will learn how to utilize NSUWorks and new Pure profile pages to share their work, as well as how to leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, ResearchGate, and Twitter (X) to expand their reach. Tips for crafting an engaging academic bio, sharing research highlights, and building a professional online presence will also be discussed.
