Description
This internship was at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute at the Harvard Medical Sc hool in Boston, MA. The internship took place over the course of 9 weeks and consisted of wet lab research on the subject of HIV viral entry inhibition. Through this internship, the background and practice into conducting wet lab research and techniques used from tissue culture, DNA extraction, genetic sequenc ing, and various others can be mastered. With a very enriching environment and access to great resour ces, not only is this a very masterful experience, but one that can truly prepare you for any angle of future research.
