Abstract
This research attempts to describe large-scale project of digital library for blind students that has been recently developed by SQU in Oman. It will adopt an interpretative soft systems approach. Two methods will be used for data collection: document analysis and interviews. All documents that related or describe the process of developing the project will be used and cited in this research. The interviews will be conducted to investigate the different factors that affect the problem situation.
