Abstract
The genres of qualitative report are widening. It influences upon stage of analysis and the vice versa the approaches for analysis predict the report writing. The method of Russian formalist Vladimir Propp on analysis of fairy tales was adopted for the evaluation project on preschool centers services. Narratives that parents of preschoolers presented in their interviews could be accounted as set of actors (heroes) with specific functions in interactions and goal archievements.
