Abstract
After four training modules, a focus group painted a picture of participants’ willingness to include Human Trafficking (HT) in their healthcare curricula through their language, perceptions and feelings on this topic. The questions sketched the silhouette of the topic and faculty narratives provided the palette of colors from which a picture of willingness to change emerged. The Transtheoretical Model of Change framed faculty’s intentional change and decision making through five stages: pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance.
